Reliance Jio Network Issue

       Reliance Jio is number one telecom company in India. Reliance Jio has 460 millions active users in India .Company sees continue growth in its subscriber due to extensive network coverage and also expansion in 5G services.

   Although recently in Mumbai Jio telecom users faces mobile and broadband network issue like :(1)Reduced data speed (2)  Intermittent Outage (3) Coverage gaps etc.

A platform that track outage know as  Downdetector it reported  over 10000 complains in hour.According to data 67% people faces mobile internet and 14%  has problems with  Jio Fiber connectivity.

(1) Reduced data speed :- Many users reported lower data speed affect internet dependent activities like streaming, browsing etc.

(2) Intermittent outages :- Users frequently experienced service interruptions, impacting both voice calls and data services.

(3) Coverage gaps :- Due to reduced network coverage people faces connectivity problems.

Reliance Jio team said that outage happen due to technical reason and issue has been resolved.
